My father was David Fehr, number 9 on the list on page 4, and not listed are grown children with Gayle, Kimberley and Brad, who all have web pages off the same Fehr Family Home Page

The family history is that of Russian resident Germans (Russian by birth, German by culture... a colony of German citizens were imported as cultural support for the Russian Czar's German wife)
